"Disappointing to say the leastFirst of all, I think many of the positive reviews are fake. I have been seeing Dr. Alonso for many years and have seen the office go down. The manager and Dr. Alonso are never there and doesn?t spent any time with me and when I talk to him, he is looking at his cell phone. No one answers the phone or they put you on hold and then hang up the phone on you. No one calls you back or knows what?s going on. I’m going to find a new rheumatologist. "

"Dr Alonso is the best in Miami as far as I am concerned. His office runs smooth and the waiting time is a few minutes, never over 15 months. I am 86 years old. I have been his patient for close to ten years. He is caring and compassionate. I get an injection in my knee every 8 to 12 months. I swim and play golf 3 to 4 times a week. "

"I saw Dr. Alonso in 2022 and was not happy with the attention he gave, how hard it was to make an appointment with him. Why would someone in pain have to wait a month? Before writing this review, I recommended a friend and he had to wait almost 2 months to see Dr. Alonso. I recommend Dr. Sweeney he listens, does a full examination taking his time, is not constantly looking at his phone and doesn’t try to just prescribe medication"

"Dr Alonso has been my doctor for over 15 years My first visit with him I was in pain at the verge of crying. After he made the diagnostic, his treatment worked effectively. His is very professional and really cares about his patients. Thank God for Dr Alonso and his staff."

"From the start is was bad. My primary suggested I go see Dr. Alonso and I had to wait 3 weeks because there was nothing sooner. Also, had to call several times because they would not pick up or put me on hold. I waited almost an hour to be seen and then Dr. Alonso only came in for 2 minutes and left me with his nurse and did not return. This visit was a waste of time and money. "
