Remove the protective film from the charging case before using the earbuds forthe first time. Charge the earbuds fully before first use.
The earbuds have a playtime of 6 – 8 hours on a single charge. The chargingcase can recharge the earbuds 3 times, so you can get 24-32 hours totalplaytime from a fully charged charging case.
How to Charge Correctly
With USB-C cable:Connect the USB C cable to a power source in order to chargeboth the earbuds and charging case together.

• Charging Case: Charging in Progress: The digital display number increases from 1-100 Fully Charged: The digital display number reads 100 all the time.
• Earbuds: Charging in Progress: The earbud indicator light is red and the charging case’s digital display bars increase the first to the fourth Fully Charged: The red indicator light on the earbuds will disappear and the charging case’s digital display columns will disappear.

Without USB C cable: Charged case charges the earbuds without connectingto a power source

• Charging Case: Charging in Progress: Digital display number from 100 to decrease Charging Complete: Digital display number disappears
• Earbuds:
  Charging in Progress: The earbud indicator light is red and the chargingcase’s digital display bars increase the first to the fourth Fully Charged:The red indicator light on the earbuds will disappear and the charging case’sdigital display columns will disappear.

If you use a compatible wireless charger to charge the charging case, pleaseplace the case in the sensor area of the wireless charger’s pad.
(If you don’t see a red indicator light on the earbuds, use alcohol to wipeboth earbuds’charging ports, as well as the charging case’s charging pins.Ensure the pins between the earbuds and the charging case are connectedsecurely.)
Power on:
Method 1: Remove the two earbuds from the charging case, they will turnon and connect with each other automatically.

Power off:

Q: How do i Adjust the Volume ? the volume is a little low ?****

– A: After you pair the 2 earbuds with your phone.
First, If your phone is IOS SYSTEM, Please Touch Once R Earbud. Second, Ifyour phone is Android SYSTEM, Please Firstly Touch Once R Earbud, then Add upthe Volume by Your phone. Because iPhone and Android are different systemprotocol, so the operation is different.
If some functions of the Bluetooth earbuds are not available with your phoneapp, check to see if the phone’s operating system is compatible with the app.Also, you can:
– update your app version
– download a different app
– update your phone’s operating system
Pairing
1.Remove earbuds from the charging case.
2.Wait for 5 seconds, Once one of earbud’s indicator light flashes red andblue, and the other earbud’s indicator light flashes blue, then theearbuds arepaired successfully.
3. Open the bluetooth of your devices, search and click the model “K8K”. theEarbuds will pair successfully with your device.
1. When there has a call coming, please touch the earbud button to receivethe call, not receive the call by touching phone, otherwise the call will gothrough the phone, not earbuds.
2. If the call is received by phone, you can choose the “audio” of the callpage to change the call way.
3. After the call received successfully, if you think the volume is low, youcan add up the volume by earbuds’ function or phone.

Q:The Earbuds can’t be charged by the charging case?****

– A: Firstly .m that the charging case has power If the power level of thecharging case is low or empty, the charging case can’t recognize the earbudswhen you insert them, Therefore, the earbuds cannot be charged. If thecharging case can’t be charged normally, Please try different USB
C cable to charge. Secondly:Ensure that you have removed the plastic film usedto protect the earbuds during shipping from the charging case. Thirdly: Usealcohol to wipe the charging ports of both earbuds as well as the charging pinof the charging case. Allow to dry before replacing the earbuds into the case.Fourthly:Ensure that the charging pins in the charging case don’t go down.

Q:Why can I pair the earbuds with my phone, but not with my PC?****

– A: Once you have paired the earbuds with a device before, they will connectautomatically with that device the next time you use them. You must unpair thebluetooth model “K8K” from the last device.then to pair the earbuds with yourPC or other new device, make sure you have turned off or ‘forgotten” theBluetooth model -K8lefrom your phone or original devices.

Q:Why Is sound coming from only one earbud?****

– I can’t pair the earbuds with each other. A.Forget the original “K8K”bluetooth model from your phone, and close your device’s
bluetooth B. Put earbuds into the charging case, once the earbuds indicatorlight are red for 3secs, then remove the earbuds from the charging case. the 2earbdus will pair with each other successfully (one of the earbud’s indicatorlight flashes red and blue, and the other earbud’s indicator light flashesblue, then the earbuds are paired successfully.)
C. Open the bluetooth of your device, search and click the model “K8K” , itwill connect with your device
Note: If your device can’t find the bluetooth model of”K8K”, close andreopen the Bluetooth option and search again.

Q:How can i use only one earbud with my phone?****

– A:Forget the original pairing model “K8K” from your phone.
B. Put both earbuds in the charging case, press then down. The indicatorlights will turn red. This shows that the earbuds are being charged. Chargethem fully to use.
C. Remove only one earbud from the charging case. Its indicator light willflash
red and blue. D.Open the bluetooth of your phone, search and click the model“K8K”, then single earbud will connect with your phone successfully.
Please Try the above tips one by one.They will help you connect only oneearbud. If you want to connect with just one earbud, remove only one earbudfrom the charging case.

Safety Precautions

To extend the life of this product, follow these instructions:

1. Keep this product away from extreme heat, or corrosive environments.

4. Don’t overcharge this product for a long time, as this will decrease the battery service life.

6. Use DC-5V 1A chargers/adapters certified by a regulated manufacturer. Recharging and discharging the headphones repeatedly will lead to decrease in battery performance over time, which is normal for all rechargeable batteries.(Don’t press the elastic pin contact point, which can cause the product to function incorrectly.)
