Katy Perry has been announced as the new face of food delivery giant Just Eat, with a new bubbly pop-inspired advert. The pop sensation, 37, brings the fireworks to the fun-filled video which fuses music and fashion with all things food, taking over from Snoop Dogg.

Just Eat wanted to appeal to a younger demographic without alienating their existing base. In order to entertain a spirited, switched-on crowd in a meaningful way, they decided to utilise the power of music. What they needed was a megastar to sample their jingle 'Did Somebody Say' in a mutually authentic collaboration.

In 2020, Just Eat dropped its breakthrough Snoop Dog commercial, kicking off its musician collaboration strategy, which now includes campaigns with Katy Perry and, more recently, Christina Aguilera.

Just Eat Takeaway has revealed Christina Aguilera and rapper Latto as the new faces (and voices) of the brand in the latest campaign from McCann. The pair follow in the footsteps of Snoop Dogg and Katy Perry, and in this hip-hop and opera blend Aguilera and Latto glide down the stairs of a grand entrance hall.
