Once again, @comcastcares shows just how much the DO NOT care. They cancelled an appointment for service because they “fixed” the problem, only to find nothing was fixed. Two hours troubleshooting over three days I now have to wait AGAIN for an appointment. #cutthecord #useless

@comcastcares I have been digging through the Forum for an answer on my problem. The new Xfinity app says my modem is offline, not true. There are multiple posts on the forum with the same problem. No answers are posted. This is poor customer. CRICKETS.

.@hbomax is the hugest pain in the *** to sign it to EVERY time. @comcast provides the app...responds w/ "we're having a hard time verifying your subscription". Really? 'Cause I am on cable and have access to the damn channels. Fire stick is more difficult. Terrible all the time.

@Xfinity Customer since 1997 and i can say the customer support is useless.Had Pwr of Atty for Father in law, so his mail came to my house. Comcast has somehow conflated the two acct & needs to speak to my dead (8yrs) father in law to verify a recently made acct due to moving.

@Monster52793776 @Xfinity @comcast Sorry, I've worked in the biz and too many ppl don't listen when they sign up for service on a promo, not saying thats what happened but it happens a lot, for most providers they list info on your written bill but most don't look at the info, theres consumer responsibility also
