  @Xfinity Cutters onto your @xfinity Platform. I did invest in a decent OTA antenna in case of an outage & 2 watch @nbcwashington again. As far as I know, BC @comcastbeltway still does not have 1 Gig internet 2 the home. I inspect that once 5G is built out, additional upgrades will be made

  Comcast cable guy 30 ft in air on ladder in alley connecting a neighbor. A driver decided to shoot under him because he couldn’t wait two minutes for him to climb down.Baltimore drivers are the absolute worst.

  @Xfinity your customer service rep Torren basically assumed I was lying about my service being out for three days last month. I was told I would receive a credit for the billing cycle and I didn't. I asked to speak with someone else twice and he refused to transfer me!

  My mans used to work for Comcast and they let his xfinity WiFi login stay up so we had like 20 devices on that ***. Sad to say yesterday either he changed it or Comcast caught on 😭😭😭

  I hate that I live in an area where @comcast is my only internet option. I pay so much $ for sh*t service. It’s fast when it works but it goes out so often I rarely go a day w/o it going out at least a few times. Today I can’t stream a show for longer than 10 min w/o it going out
